Brother Muhammad Ali, IIFSO’s Executive Member and Head Coordinator for the African region, represented the organization at the 35th National Seminar for Islamic and Managerial Training (SANAFOI Man 2024) and the 2nd International Competition of the Noble Quran “AL FOURQUANE” in Man, Côte d’Ivoire, held from August 10–18, 2024. Organized by the Association of Muslim Pupils and Students of Côte d’Ivoire (AEEMCI), the events gathered around 800 students and featured Quran competitors from 12 West African countries.

During the seminar, a meeting was held with leaders from seven West African student organizations, most of whom are IIFSO members. Discussions focused on increasing IIFSO’s active involvement in student affairs across West Africa and expanding membership in the region. Plans were also made to organize an international conference to strengthen ties and attract new members across Africa.
