IIFSO Secretary General Hosts Dr. Mohamed Nesmy for Strategic Discussions on Youth Training and Leadership Development

Dr. Mostafa Faisal Parvez, Secretary General of the International Islamic Federation of Student Organizations (IIFSO), and the Executive members, Dr. Wahid Beshir and Dr. Muhammed Sufiyan, welcomed Dr. Mohamed Nesmy, Founder and Director of Leaders’ Mind Global Consultancy, at the IIFSO headquarters in Istanbul. The visit aimed to enhance collaboration in the field of student and youth leadership development.

During the productive meeting, both parties explored opportunities to build a strategic partnership focused on youth empowerment, leadership training, and future leadership preparation. Discussions revolved around launching advanced training programs tailored to equip students and young professionals with key leadership and innovation skills, empowering them to become active, ethical leaders across the Muslim world.

Dr. Nesmy also presented the vision of Leaders’ Mind in designing transformative training curricula and capacity-building models. The two parties agreed to initiate joint training programs in the upcoming period, including workshops, digital courses, and leadership bootcamps.

The Secretary General expressed IIFSO’s strong commitment to expanding its global partnerships with leading development institutions and experts, reaffirming the organization’s mission to empower youth through education, capacity building, and inclusive leadership development.
