The Assistant Secretary-General of the International Islamic Federation of Student Organizations (IIFSO), Dr. Abdullah Ahmed, received a distinguished delegation from the Bangladesh Islami Chhatrashibir at the IIFSO’s central office in Istanbul, Turkey.

The Bangladeshi delegation included Former President of Bangladesh Islami Chhatrashibir, Mr. Hafeez Rashedul Islam, Central HRD secretary of Bangladesh Islami Chhatrashibir Sazzadur Rahman, former head of Madrasa students branch, Rafiqul Islam, Mustafizur Rahman and Muhaiminul Islam Riyad.

The delegation presented their experience in youth and student work in Bangladesh, and the participants discussed the challenges facing Muslim students around the world.

In turn, Dr. Abdullah praised the rich experience presented by the delegation, hoping for enhanced cooperation between IIFSO and youth and student organizations in Bangladesh.

In the same context, the meeting discussed some possible joint projects, such as revitalizing IIFSO’s heritage and attempting to benefit from the historical status of the organization.
