The participation of the IIFSO representative in the 11th conference of the National Union of Mauritanian Students

During his visit to the National Union of Mauritanian Students’ eleventh national conference, Brother Mustafa Al-Alawi, representing the International Islamic Federation of Student and Youth Organizations (IIFSO) and the Student Renewal Movement, emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation between these organizations. He expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and hospitality extended to him and his delegation by the leadership and activists of the union.

Brother Al-Alawi highlighted the positive and evolving relationship between the Student Renewal Organization, the IIFSO, and the National Union of Mauritanian Students. He stated that the relationship has moved beyond mere friendly visits to encompass continuous dialogue and coordination on various issues of mutual concern. Specifically, the focus has been on advancing higher education and scientific research, as well as advocating for the welfare and interests of students.

Brother Al-Alawi conveyed his best wishes for the success of the conference, expressing his confidence in the Union’s strength and commitment to internal democracy due to its pluralism and diversity.

It is worth noting that Brother Mustafa Al-Alawi’s participation in the eleventh national conference of the National Union of Mauritanian Students took place from June 30 to July 4, 2023.
