Shakeel Ahmed born on February 2nd, 1992 in Paras, the outskirts of Balakot, Distt. Mansehra. He completed his early education from Mansehra city. Continuing his education, he did Masters in Political Science from the renowned Hazara University. And is currently studying M.Phil. Political Science from the Qurtaba University, located in the city of flowers, Peshawar.
Along with his educational routine, he started with his journey with Islami Jamiat-e-Talaba, becoming an Associate member in 2010 & then becoming an Executive member in 2011. He was elected as President of GPGC & later on became President of Mansehra Tehsil & then became the President of Hazara Division. He was then appointed as Secretary of KPK province & was appointed as President of the Province of KPK.
The highest executive council (Markazi Majlis e Shura) appointed him the Secretary-General of Islami Jamiat Talaba Pakistan in 2021 and was later elected as the president of Islami Jamiat Talaba Pakistan for the year 2022 to 2023.
