The International Islamic Federation of Student Organizations (IIFSO) convened a significant conference in Istanbul to commemorate World Human Rights Day.
Attended by diverse representatives from numerous esteemed student and youth organizations including TUGVA, UDEF, GENÇ İHH, MGD, TUSKAN, USDAV, YENİDEN REFAH PARTİSİ, HİKMET DERNEĞİ, DOĞU TURKİSTAN YOUTH, BEKDER, PAKSTURK, BANGSAMORO ÖĞRENCİ BİRLİĞİ, ANNAHDA TUNISIA, KAMMI INDONESIA, TAJIKISTAN BİRLİĞİ, BAB E ALAM, PPI, and many others.
The conference served as a platform for collaborative dialogue, emphasizing the critical significance of upholding human rights globally, especially within the framework of Islamic principles. Discussions centered on fostering inclusivity, advocating for justice, and addressing contemporary challenges faced by diverse communities and particularly Muslim community worldwide.
With an overarching aim to promote solidarity and advance human dignity, the conference marked a pivotal step towards fostering mutual understanding and joint action for a more equitable and rights-based world
